Pay: $16.58/hr Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM As a Production Worker, you will assist in various general labor tasks to keep operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with a team to complete tasks efficiently and safely, while following all safety policies and procedures. Key duties include: Removing products from the packaging area Stacking products on pallets according to order specifications Assisting machine operators with changeovers and saw adjustments Completing required paperwork and reports Performing quality checks to ensure product standards Contributing to a positive, energetic work environment What We're Looking For: Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. consistently Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong teamwork skills and reliability A solid work ethic with excellent attendance High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent work experience Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10-12 hours) and lift/move up to 50 pounds occasionally Employee Benefits: We believe in showing appreciation for your hard work!
