GENERAL FUNCTION

The Data Support Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, supporting Customer Experience group with data-driven insights, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Effectively operate and maintain existing databases and related applications and utilization includes but not limited to data importation, queries, back-end / front-end updates and troubleshooting. This role is crucial in helping the organization make informed decisions based on reliable data.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Export data from various sources at various intervals (daily, weekly, and monthly).
  • Import/upload data to various databases at various intervals (daily, weekly, and monthly).
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage the various suggestions form associated with the applications owned the data fulfillment team (Business Retention Team).
  • Create and deploy regular and unplanned queries of existing databases for Customer Service and Order Management leadership.
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of databases.
  • Attend department meetings as representative of the data needs fulfillment goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer service, sales, and operations, to understand their data needs and deliver solutions.
  • Perform regular data quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed. Assist data cleansing validation processes.
  • Contribute to data-related projects, including system upgrades and new tool implementations.
  • Participate in the creation, deployment and maintenance of automation projects.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Associates Degree in office computing or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year experience needed
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaborative in team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, database management, data visualization and query languages.
  • Optical Experience
