Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage key human resources functions, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, global mobility, and more. This role will involve providing expert HR guidance and leadership, while managing a team responsible for daily HR activities and driving strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

    Lead and manage critical HR projects, such as performance reviews, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and ethics training programs.
  1. Collaborate with operations team leaders to support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
  2. Evaluate and recommend improvements to HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook, ensuring consistent compliance.
  3. Take charge of or assist with investigations related to employee relations issues, providing consistent and equitable recommendations.
  4. Ensure adherence to international, federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including ADA, FLSA, and OFCCP compliance.
  5. Analyze HR data, identify trends, and present insights to leadership with actionable recommendations.
  6. Support global mobility and U.S. immigration processes as needed.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in human resources.

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Preferred certification: Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR).
  2. Strong project management skills-organized, reliable, and results-oriented.
  3. Excellent prioritization skills to manage multiple demands effectively.
  4. Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Experience coaching employees and management through complex issues with an objective approach.
  6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  7. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to develop strong partnerships.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with HRIS systems.
