You will lead critical initiatives to manage the growth, effectiveness, and profitability of Operating Room (OR) installation projects while building organizational competency in world-class deployment services. This role ensures timely, accurate, and defect-free OR installations, develops deployment specialists' skills to meet market demands, and collaborates with customer success and service teams to deliver a best-in-class experience. What you'll do:
- Deployment Excellence:
- Oversee and audit OR1 installations to ensure compliance with national standards.
- Drive a culture of accountability and near-zero service incidents within the first 60 days post-deployment.
- Resource Management:
- Maximize resource utilization, maintaining an 80% threshold.
- Manage compliance with corporate standards, including expense management, credentialing, travel, and timesheets.
- Team Development:
- Develop and implement plans to close skill gaps and enhance team competencies.
- Foster engagement and teamwork, driving a shared goal of deployment excellence.
- Performance Metrics:
- Track KPIs, including deployment audits, resource utilization, compliance, and service ticket reductions.
- Report quarterly on professional development and skillset enhancements.
What you'll bring:
- Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in construction engineering, Engineering, Computer Systems, or related fields; or 10-15 years of relevant experience in infrastructure deployments, construction management, or IT systems.
- 5-10 years in consulting, project management, or field-based program management.
- Proven track record of leading teams (10+ members) and delivering measurable results in complex environments.
- Skills:
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of medical devices or healthcare marketplaces is preferred.
- Technical Expertise (Preferred):
- Advanced understanding of cabling, control systems, and audio/video installations.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and ethical standards.
