This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities Work with Building Interiors Project Managers on furniture inventory, projects and repairs. Coordinate with vendors and in-house facilities teams for seamless project execution. Prepare schedules and work plans. Create office layouts using CAD and PDF editing tools. Maintain accurate and consistent project documents and drawings. Support staff relocation projects. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. A focus in Interior Design or Interior Architecture is preferred. 1+ years of experience in interior design, architecture or a related industry. Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Available for travel and occasional early morning, evening and weekend project work.
