Introduction

As a Power Platform Developer, you will use cutting-edge cloud and data technologies to help global brands and federal agencies solve challenging problems through innovative technology solutions. What You'll Be Doing

  • Work in a team with other smart AIS employees using cutting-edge technologies to solve challenging business problems

  • Build elegant, scalable, extensible, cost-effective solutions with an eye towards innovation and agility

  • Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to understand client pain points and to self-troubleshoot as challenges arise

  • Collaborate with other members of the development team and project managers to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations while meeting deadlines and budgets

  • Design, write, and document application code to successfully deliver project-based work

  • Work in an agile environment with participation in daily stand-ups/scrum Design, write, test, troubleshoot, and document application code Provide mentorship to junior Developers

  • Learn new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends

Location and Travel Details
This position sits remotely within the United States with travel as-needed.

Clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance is required.

Profile of Success

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Power Apps development

  • Experience personally designing and developing applications across the Power Platform

  • Hands-on experience developing Canvas or Model Drive apps, with a desire to learn the other

  • Experience building simple Power Automate Flows

  • Expertise in troubleshooting issues with Power Apps and Flows

  • Strong verbal, written, and communication skill

  • Experience eliciting requirements from customers to build Power Platform solutions

  • Interest in learning new Power Platform technologies

Desirable Skills

  • Experience building complex Power Automate flows

  • Experience with AI Builder, Power Automate Desktop, and other features of the Power Platform

  • Knowledge of packaging Power Platform features into solutions

  • Familiarity with database design related to building Power Apps (SQL, Dataverse, using lists as data sources, etc.)

  • Develop and implement end-to-end automated processes using UIPath, ensuring streamlined and efficient workflow across various business functions.
