As a Treasury Management Sales Associate (TMA), you will be responsible for partnering with Treasury Management Consultants (TMC) to provide support for new Treasury Management sales and assistance in the relationship management of existing Treasury Management customers. In this role, the TMA's will have responsibility and accountability for assisting the TMC's with maintenance of client relationships and throughout the life cycle of the sales process. This may include but not limited to participating on strategic customer meetings and assembling any materials related to client/prospect pitches. This role will require direct customer interaction with the goal of partnering closely with the TMC on growing and maintaining TM revenue on cross sale opportunities. This role will allow the TMA to develop skills over time for a successful career within JFG and to pursue more senior roles within Treasury Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Specific Responsibilities

  • Working with the TMCs on client proposals including Treasury solutions, cost/benefit analysis, pricing, and profitability models, etc.
  • Assist with client call preparation creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, funds flow models.
  • Work with TMCs throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately.
  • Complete onboarding documents for new and existing clients. Ensure an accurate sales packet is completed for any new Treasury Management Services request and sent to Implementations in a timely manner for onboarding.
  • Collaborate with TMCs and leadership regarding critical matters and decisions such as approvals and exceptions.
  • Coordinate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up and accurate pricing/billing.
  • Act as a liaison between the regional commercial, treasury management, leadership, and implementation team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.
  • Work closely with Treasury Management Consultants to gather the information needed to prepare Annual Reviews on our Top Tier clients within each region.
  • Participate in departmental and corporate projects or initiatives to ensure understanding and translate the impact of the project in relation to the role of the TM Operations Specialist.
  • Remain current in TM and banking industry trends through ongoing professional development opportunities and education.

Required Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of one year of supporting and servicing bank clients.
  • Must be knowledgeable in deposit applications, commercial banking/treasury management experience a plus.
  • Must be comfortable initiating contact with clients and the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
  • Must display effective organizational skills, demonstrate follow-through, and possess strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent PC skills required in Microsoft Office applications.
