Workflow Manager

Responsibilities:

The Workflow Manager supports the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3), and supports the dissemination, outreach, and coordination of products, services, and information to the Defense Industrial Base (DIB), ensuring that critical defense contractors and their supply chains are aware of and protected from cyber threats.

Duties will include:

Disseminate all DIB-focused cyber products to partners
• Monitor various portals for questions and comments and respond as needed
• Monitor JIRA for various tasks and tickets and respond as needed
• Monitor inbox and respond/forward as needed
• Answer the hotline phone and respond as needed
• Perform Malware Analysis Coordinator (MAC) duties, which includes coordination of collecting malware samples with internal and external partners
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Self-motivated individual with attention to detail
• This is a hybrid role; on-site requirements are 2-3 days/week after initial onboarding

Qualifications:

• 2 years with BS/BA, 0 years with MS/MA, 6 years no degree
• Secret security clearance required (TS/SCI preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Self-motivated individual with attention to detail
• Initially required to be on-site daily until fully trained, and then at least three days per week; with additional days as need in support of operations
• Experience with DoD Cyber Operations or supporting DoD contracts
