Job Title: Quality Improvement Specialist (HEDIS)

Job Location: Remote - KY, EST/CST (Strongly prefer candidates in the Louisville, KY area)S

Job Duration: 3+ Months

Job Description

These team members will be supporting our medical record collection work, working pended chart chases to resolve issues allowing our vendors to collect medical records for our RAPs project as well as potentially supporting our HEDIS project work. Making outreach calls or faxing our providers for the purpose of medical record collection
Processing & scanning medical records
Making outreach calls and/or faxing our providers for the purpose of medical record collection
Protecting HIPAA, PHI, and PII for our members and provider network.

Internal/External Groups with which the Candidate will interface:	Provider offices, Quality Team
Required Skills/Experience:		Preferred Skills/ Experience:
1.	Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook	1.	Medical or office, background

Education Requirement:	HS Diploma, plus specified medical/office training	Education Preferred:	Medical Assistant, Administrative Assistant (administrative degree)
