Job Title: Implementation Specialist

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA


Job Description :

  • This position will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and supporting Americas based hotels through their individual journeys to implement Client Stay Enhancements and Detailed Taxes.
  • These initiatives are being made available and promoted to all hotels globally. As Americas based hotels are enabled via waves over the course of the next 1.5 years, they will be added to the Implementation Specialist portfolios where they will monitor progress towards solution activation.
  • Hotels have to complete a number of training modules, signoffs, confirmations, etc along the way via CLIENT Marketplace which is our self-service portal for hotels to adopt and implement solutions.
  • The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for monitoring their portfolios via regular reporting fed by Salesforce, ensuring progress up to the point of activation. This will include general reminders as well as subject matter expert (SME) knowledge of the solutions in case of questions or concerns blocking the hotels from proceeding through the process.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio management - will use regular reports out of Salesforce to monitor a portfolio of hotels and where they stand in the overall process, followed by proactive and reactive communications strategy where delays are apparent
  • SME - will learn all there is to know about Client's Stay Enhancement and Detailed Taxed initiatives to be able to support hotels in their journey, eliminating log jams
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - will work with Line Manager but also across other internal workstreams to continue to communicate updates and recommend enhancements and process improvements


Skillsets/Experience

  • At least 5 years in a related field
  • Hospitality experience strongly suggested - General Manager, Director of Sales, Revenue Manager, Online Travel Agencies (OTA) or similar within the hospitality vertical
  • Sales - needs to be able to speak well and with confidence to be able to get hoteliers quickly back on the right track and proceeding towards the goal
  • Reporting/Tools/CRM - should have experience with Microsoft Excel or similar application to be able to analyze and manage portfolio level data regularly to help streamline day to day activities
