Expectations for this Role: Sentara Health is seeking an Executive Director, Provider Recruitment and Onboarding. This person will function as a non-physician executive who partners with the President, COO, and Executive team of Sentara Medical Group. The Executive Director is responsible for providing leadership for medical group physicians, practitioners recruitment, employment contracting, credentialing, and onboarding and physician/provider relations. The Director serves on leadership committees as assigned and contributes toward leadership of the organization to achieve the highest level of organizational success.
