Supreme Rice is looking for a Floor Operator at our Parboil Plant in Mermentau, LA. The Floor Operator is responsible for maintaining the processing equipment assigned to them in a safe manner that minimizes the risk of product contamination. This position works in a dusty environment with exposure to extreme temperature; must be able-bodied. This position works shifts - alternating days and nights every other week and 12-hour shifts. Duties: Ensure machinery is operating efficiently Perform minor repairs on conveyors and elevators as needed; keep area clean Work in a dusty environment while handling bulky and heavy materials while exposed to seasonal hot and cold temperatures.
