About the Role:

Yardi is seeking a driven and experienced Outside Sales
Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the Affordable Housing sector.
In this role, you will lead sales efforts within your assigned territory,
building strong relationships with prospects and driving new business
opportunities.

As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales
cycle-from identifying and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing
deals-while consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets. You'll
specialize in selling Yardi Voyager and our full suite of software and services
to ensure client needs are met and relationships are strengthened.

What You'll Do:

  • Heavy prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities
    for a designated territory.
  • Utilizes extensive knowledge of Yardi products, industry,
    and competition to present value propositions to clients and/or prospects to
    develop a sufficient pipeline and meet individual sales goals.
  • Identifies and develops strong relationships with all key
    decision makers and develops a deep understanding of the business needs for
    every prospect or client assigned.
  • Executes full sales cycles, including lead-generation;
    discovery and goal setting; pricing, packaging, and positioning; RFP
    management; contract negotiating; licensing files and closing.
  • Participates in marketing events to promote Yardi Systems
    and our products/services.
  • Up to 50% travel required.

Who You Are:

  • Proven sales background in the software or tech industry, or
    experience in property management.
  • Three plus (3+) years of successful sales experience.
  • Prior experience working in the Affordable Housing space.
  • Knowledge or experience in the Affordable compliance
    industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques;
    understanding the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing sales
    environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
  • Results-oriented mindset, consistently exceeding sales
    goals.
  • Active participation in marketing events to expand the
    client base.
  • Regular completion of product certifications and performance
    reports.

  • Yardi domain experience
  • Educational background or experience with accounting
    principles

Annual Compensation Range: $90,000 - $100,000
