Requirements and Preferences

Work Schedule	Weekly work schedule will include one overnight shift (12:00am-7:00am; Mon, Tues, or Thurs) plus non-overnight shift(s), TBD based on availability and scheduling needs; position is for fall semester with possibility to continue in future semesters.
Other Work/Responsibilities
Minimum Experience/Education	Must be enrolled for at least six credit hours during the Spring semester as an NC State University student.
Department Required Skills	Experience providing excellent customer service. Basic desktop computer skills. Excellent communication skills. Flexibility and willingness to learn new information and take on new tasks. Knowledge of library services and resources is a plus but not required. Punctual and communicative around attendance.
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education	Basic technological skills including an awareness of new commercial and/or academic technologies.
