Job Title: Cyber Security Technology Business Risk Advisor Location(s): Rocklin, CA (Hybrid) Develop People Capabilities: Develop NICE Framework work roles that align with existing client roles. Develop and implement a roadmap to modify work roles to ensure capability coverage & reduce overlaps. Identify and catalogue training programs aligned with work roles. Create and champion training roadmaps for each job role level. Develop a People Capability Catalog Interface: Lead developers in building an individual dashboard for managing NICE Framework KSTs. Lead developers in building a leadership dashboard for managing people capabilities and mentoring coworkers. Integrate with Existing Human Capital Management: Integrate with a badging system to recognize development and accomplishments. Integrate with SAP SuccessFactors for automation and alignment with the wider Human Resources programs. Integrate with existing recruitment, training, and retention programs Required: 3-5 years of experience in a cybersecurity capacity. 3-5 years of experience with risk management concepts. 3-5 years of experience with enterprise cybersecurity policies and procedures. Familiarity with the NICE Cybersecurity Workforce Framework. Experience building and maintaining collaborative tools in the Microsoft O365 platform. Desired: Experience creating custom work roles using the NICE Framework. Experience developing application integrations with SAP.
