We are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Food & Beverage team.
The ideal candidate must be available to work AM, PM and/or weekends according to business needs.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

Manage and organize the activities of the Food and Beverage Department to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and merchandising to maximize hotel Profitability.
Develop, implement and monitor schedules for the operation of all food and beverage sub-departments to achieve a profitable result.
Implement effective control of food, beverage and labor costs among all sub-departments to Crescent standards.

Does this sound like you?

You can juggle between beverage/labor/food costs, shipments, scheduling staff hours, handling payroll, and pricing, to name a few.
You have experience in Banquets and Outlets. You have great communication skills and can provide clear directions to staff.

Salary range is 70,000 to 78,000 depending on experience.
