Job Title:Content Delivery Lead

What you'll do:

The Content Delivery Lead is responsible for representing the voice of the customer and stakeholders in Assessment development projects. This role involves defining and prioritizing product features and requirements, ensuring that the development teams deliver value to end users and the business. The Delivery Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and maintain a product vision and roadmap that aligns with strategic goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a product vision and roadmap that aligns with strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria that describe the desired functionality and quality of the product.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the most important features and tasks.
  • Collaborate with the development team and the scrum master to plan and execute sprints, delivering increments of the product.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and feedback are incorporated into the product development process.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of the product roadmap and backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Provide clear and actionable feedback to the development team to ensure that the product meets quality standards and user expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the product remains competitive and relevant.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in product management or a related role, with a focus on technical products.
  • Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with large-scale testing and assessment solutions is a plus.

Benefits and Salary Range

Salary Range - $70, 000 to $80, 000. Our salary ranges are based on national averages. We have wide ranges so we can be flexible and determine compensation based on a number of factors including the candidate's skills, experience, education, and location.
