A Day in the Life:

Production Associate is responsible for producing quality product per production schedule with working knowledge of production equipment and operating safely within established guidelines.Candidate must actively participate in Bunge's Employee Safety Policy and maintain a safe work environment for self and all employees.

Position Details: Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts: 1st Shift: (6:30a-5:00p) and 2nd Shift: (8:30p-7:00a) with occasional overtime as needed.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Safety Operate all machinery for each line to which they are assigned.
  • May be called upon to stack lines, hand-pack lines, palletize boxes, fork cups, or any other tasks deemed necessary by the Shift Supervisor.
  • Safely perform duties assigned by supervisor or manager.
  • Maintain general housekeeping of the areas assigned.
  • Assist in maintaining the quality of the product for the assigned area.
  • Other duties as assigned by Production Supervisors or Production Manager.

Training Requirements: Food Safety, Food Security, Safety, HACCP as assigned to the area, and Pallet Jack Training.

Skill/Experience Requirements:

  • High School graduate is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with basic communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or less repeatedly for ten hours and be able to remain standing 100% of the shift. Must pass a functional capacity test prior to employment.
