Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 10 vulnerability analysts. As the Task Lead, the candidate's responsibilities include interviewing, selection and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards. The Task lead will also provide front office support to the government director, as needed. The Task Lead will manage the technical execution of the team, to include:
Collect/analyze prior 6-month Vulnerability Lifecycle/Process Metrics

Target Salary Range $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors. |
