ACTS is seeking a IT/Help Desk Assistant to join the IT team in our Des Plaines, Illinois Corporate Office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting the management of an organizations information systems. Salary $55,000 USD Position Summary: The Information Technology Assistant / Helpdesk will assist and aide the IT Manager in all matters related to the internal and external security, support and management of the organization's information systems.
