Description Job Summary: The Inside Sales Manager (ISM) plays a critical role in executing full-cycle sales strategies, driving individual performance to meet and exceed KPIs, and contributing to the company's mission of supporting Independent Dealers. As an individual contributor supervised by the Manager of Inside Sales, you will leverage outbound prospecting, effective verbal and written communications, and CRM tools to develop new business and foster strong partnerships with Independent Dealers. This role demands a results-oriented, entrepreneurial approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle. Duties/Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Sales Management: * Execute full-cycle sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, credit application submission, contract closing, and dealer activation. * Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through outbound calls and strategic email campaigns daily. KPI-Driven Performance: * Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads, applications, and closed contracts. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within the company CRM to ensure visibility and accountability. Dealer Relationship Management: * Partner closely with operations to deliver a seamless customer experience that drives long-term growth. * Provide excellent customer service throughout all phases of the sales process, including onboarding and account activation. Value Communication: * Educate prospective dealers on Kinetic Advantage's unique value proposition, focusing on overcoming objections and converting prospects into active partners. * Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry dynamics, market conditions, and competitive positioning to tailor messaging effectively. Collaboration and Innovation: * Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Lending, and Operations, to ensure alignment and success in dealer relationships. * Contribute feedback to enhance CRM functionality and sales processes in collaboration with leadership and technical teams. Entrepreneurial Approach: * Approach your territory with an entrepreneurial mindset, adapting strategies to maximize success and resolve challenges. * Be tenacious, have an insatiable desire for growth, and a results-oriented focus to drive new business development * Possess a scrappy mentality with a focus on overcoming objections, dominating the competition, and securing new business Performs all other duties as assigned Requirements Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree preferred * 3-5 years of inside sales or business development experience strongly preferred * Automotive industry experience strongly preferred Required Skills/Abilities: Sales and Communication: * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport via phone and email. * Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to overcome objections effectively. Technical Proficiency: * Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook). * Comfortable leveraging call center tools and other technologies to streamline sales processes. Performance Orientation: * Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. * Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines consistently. * Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt strategies as needed.
