Materials Coordinator overview: The Materials Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of aircraft parts and related materials in support of Sun Country Maintenance activities. These responsibilities include all shipping, receiving, stocking, issuing, security, cycle counting, and proper disposal of all aircraft parts and related materials. Additional Information: This position works a shift schedule, 12-hour day or evening shift, rotating four days on and four days off; subject to change based on operational requirements. Shifts are assigned by bid process and awarded based on seniority Uniform is required, provided by SCA Must be able to obtain MSP SIDA badge. Work Environment: This job works in a hangar and stockroom, which are subject to dust and noise due to their close proximity of airport runways and hangar operations. This position also must work in inclement weather conditions. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift frequently and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and team lift up to 120 pounds.
