INVISTA Seaford, DE is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Maintenance Department and play a key role in minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment reliability. Our Team This team consists of multi-craft maintenance technicians that are ensuring our manufacturing operations run efficiently. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing this maintenance team by coordinating maintenance activities, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards. What You Will Do * Provide influential leadership to support the organization as we advance our management culture based on principles (PBM). * Develop and lead a team of maintenance and multi-craft technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs. * Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset life. * Promote a safety culture and ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies. * Collaborate with other departments, including technical, transformation, and operations, to identify opportunities for process improvements, resolve issues, and implement best practices to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness. * Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve maintenance processes Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * One of the following * At least 5 years maintenance related experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or equivalent military environment * Associate degree or higher in Instrument/Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or Engineering AND 2+ years experience in a manufacturing role. * Experience coaching/mentoring * Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Experience with CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo, EAM etc.) * Must be able to read and interpret P&IDs, loop sheets, equipment drawings, and electrical diagrams What Will Put You Ahead * Mechanical Engineer (mechatronics, machinery) or Electrical Engineer * Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment. * Experience leading a team through troubleshooting and repair. * Experience applying Lean concepts. * Root Cause Failure Analysis experience.
