Maintenance Technician

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building mechanical systems
• Applicable certifications and licenses (including a valid driver's license)
• Proficiency in using handheld devices, business systems, database software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel between property sites

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair systems at commercial properties
• Handle tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance
• Use lifts and ladders for tasks and complete necessary paperwork
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights across various environments
