Summary: Our Revenue Cycle trainer will plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities. This role will consult with training managers, operations leadership, and clients to develop performance improvement measures, conduct new hire training as needed, develop training materials, conduct training sessions for tenured employees, and coach/mentor operations associates. You will help employees maintain and improve their job skills and prepare for jobs requiring greater skill. You will also serve as a stakeholder during the implementation of clients, products and solutions to ensure employees are set up for success during transitions. Qualifications:
