Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Dynamics 365 Finance Architect to join our team. This role requires a self-starter who can lead client engagements with confidence, provide thought leadership, and deliver high-quality solutions leveraging extensive experience with D365 Finance implementations and support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience, a proven ability to guide teams and clients, and a bonus if they bring presales expertise.

In this role, you will:

Client Engagement Leadership:



  • Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance implementation projects, from discovery and design to deployment and support.
  • Provide strategic and technical guidance to clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements, fostering strong client relationships and trust.


Solution Architecture:



  • Design and document scalable, high-quality solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive architectural frameworks, including integrations with other systems such as Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Power Platform, and third-party applications.
  • Guide and support the implementation team in delivering the designed solution.


Thought Leadership:



  • Provide expertise and thought leadership in financial processes, accounting, and Dynamics 365 Finance capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and improve business processes using D365 features and enhancements.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.


Project Implementation and Support:



  • Deliver high-quality project outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues during implementations and ongoing support.
  • Partner with clients to optimize the performance and adoption of their D365 Finance solutions.


Presales (Preferred):



  • Collaborate with sales teams to support presales activities, including conducting discovery sessions, preparing proposals, and delivering product demonstrations.
  • Translate client business requirements into compelling D365 Finance solutions during the sales cycle



Who You Are:




  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance (or Dynamics AX) solutions, with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.



  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of core finance processes (e.g., general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, budgeting, project accounting) and best practices for implementing D365 Finance.



  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage client relationships effectively.



  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of D365 Finance architecture, integrations (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, KingswaySoft), and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Management Reporter).



  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.



  • Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent.



  • Presales (Bonus): Experience supporting presales activities, including RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and client presentations.
