Role Overview: Complex Director of Revenue Management as the Complex Director of Revenue Management (DORM), you will lead strategic revenue efforts across multiple properties, maximizing hotel revenue through effective inventory and pricing strategies. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, you will analyze demand forecasts, market trends, and historical data to implement strategies that drive market share. Collaborating closely with property leadership, you will communicate revenue management strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Essential Job Functions:



  • Develop and execute pricing strategies across all market segments and distribution channels.
  • Maximize market share and revenue performance through optimal mix management.
  • Oversee inventory and pricing strategies on Branded Web, 3rd Party Sites, CRO, and GDS platforms.
  • Analyze STR, Visit Orlando, and Demand 360 data to inform strategic decisions and create detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Lead weekly revenue management and daily business review meetings to align teams on strategy.
  • Train and mentor the Reservations Department to ensure alignment with revenue goals.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify promotions and optimize group bookings.
  • Maintain systems expertise, including PMS, CRS, RMS, and OTA extranets.
  • Support strategic planning, annual budgets, and soft spot forecasting to drive profitability.



Hotel Specific:



  • Working both indoors and outdoors. Outside in all weather conditions, including inclement weather.
  • Work across multiple areas and venues within the property.



Physical Demands:



  • Primarily office-based with occasional attendance at property events and meetings.
  • Ability to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.


Qualifications:

Education:



  • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge of skills and abilities


Experience:



  • Minimum of six years in hotel management, with at least four years of revenue management or a related discipline.
  • Independent property experience and Orlando market familiarity are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements, market data, and forecasting tools.
