Work Hours/ Shift/ Remote	8:30 - 5pm
Responsibilities/ Accountabilities	Must be willing to work in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. Perform regular cleaning tasks in common areas, including hallways, production floors, locker rooms, changing rooms and storage areas. Manually clean, scrub, and rinse equipment, parts, drums and tools following standard cleaning procedures (SOPs). Apply approved cleaning agents and sanitizing solutions to disinfect surfaces and equipment as per standard cleaning procedures (SOPs). Dispose of waste following safety protocols and company guidelines. Ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies, such as detergents, sanitizers, and brushes, and report low inventory levels to supervisors. Follow procedures for safe handling, disposal, and storage of cleaning agents and hazardous materials. Complete logs, checklists, and reports on cleaning activities and maintain accurate documentation for audits. Participate in training programs on updated cleaning protocols and safety practices. Use appropriate tools such as carts, forklifts, and pallet jacks to transport heavy or bulky items, following all safety regulations. Prepare and distribute supplies to designated production areas as requested.
Education Qualifications	Proficiently speak English Proficiently communicate and understand (read and write) work in English.
Experience	Zero (0) to three (3) years of direct work experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in generic pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Skills/ Competencies	Must communicate clearly and concisely across levels, both orally and in writing. Strong command of written and verbal English is required. Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and good documentation practices preferred. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively. Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail skills.
Physical Requirements	Should not have any restriction to work with powder containing active pharmaceutical ingredients. This position requires the ability to frequently lift and bend. Long periods of standing up/walking during working hours; ability to ascend/descend ladders; and ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Must be able to move pallets/equipment weighing about 200 - 300 kgs using suitable moving equipment, like pallet jacks.
