As a Quality Assurance Lead at INVISTA in Victoria, TX, you will uphold the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will lead quality assurance processes, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Our Team

You will be part of a cross functional capability team, collaborating closely with site teams to prioritize and develop plans for fixed assets. The team is dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency, and you will work alongside experienced professionals who are committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

* Quality Leadership: Provide strategic leadership for all quality functions, advocating best practices and fostering a culture of quality across all projects. Collaborate with site teams and stakeholders to align quality efforts with business objectives.
* Program Management: Oversee the implementation and management of INVISTA's Quality Assurance Program. Ensure compliance with recognized standards such as ASME, API, and RAGAGEP.
* Technical Expertise: Develop and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), lead design reviews, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in quality assurance. Conduct routine quality audits and Gemba walks to identify areas for improvement.
* Continuous Improvement: Define, continuously improve, and maintain quality program requirements. Drive innovation and leverage key learnings to enhance quality processes, ensuring they are lean and effective.
* Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with execution teams, including Total Business Management (TBM), Turnaround (TA), and Projects, to integrate quality assurance into all operational aspects. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on quality status and issues.
* Training & Development: Mentor and train team members on quality standards and procedures, ensuring knowledge transfer and compliance with INVISTA's Guiding Principles and Operations Vision.
* Problem Solving & Analysis: Lead Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) to address quality-related issues, enhance availability, and reduce Loss of Primary Containment (LOPC).
* Documentation and Compliance: Ensure thorough documentation and adherence to quality processes, including non-conformance reporting.

Project Support: Ensure project teams are supported and focused on quality practices, applying innovation to maximize value creation and increase the rate of improvement.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* One of the following:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.

* Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, standards, and industry regulations.

*
Experience with ASME certifications and conducting quality audits.

What Will Put You Ahead

* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful quality assurance programs.
* Experience with in capital projects and work processes.
* Certifications such as CWI, API SIFE, etc.
