As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing various HR projects, including onboarding, pulse surveys, compliance audits, and associate engagements. You will assist in developing and implementing change management strategies, and support key HR initiatives such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and learning and development. Additionally, you will manage HR processes and tools, ensure compliance with local and state regulations, and assist in resolving employee relations issues. Your contributions will be essential in enhancing the overall employee experience and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:



  • Support with planning and executing HR related projects such as onboarding, pulse surveys, compliance audit, and associate engagements.
  • Support with developing and implementing change management strategies to support successful project outcomes.
  • Support with HR initiatives such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and learning and development.
  • Assist in managing all HR processes and tools including labor requirements, training needs, and strategies to improve employee experience.
  • Support with collecting reports and preparing presentations.
  • Support with investigations and resolving employee relations issues; including the investigation of harassment, discrimination and other charges.
  • Ensure local state & government compliance in areas such as wage and hour, EEO/AA,
  • and immigration services.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as required by the VP of Human Resources.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in any Human Resources Business area or equivalent experience in Human Resources positions
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take all assignments to completion.
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with a wide range of individuals and subject matters in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must have a flexible schedule to work at all critical business periods as needed.
  • Must maintain knowledge and stay abreast of labor laws in US and Canada


Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000
