The Senior Marketing Systems Manager plays a critical role in the integration,
automation, and development of marketing technology systems to enhance thecompany's marketing capabilities. This role is responsible for designing,
implementing, and maintaining technical solutions that drive efficiency, improvedata accuracy, and support marketing strategies. The person in this role willwork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies, automation of marketing processes, and developmentof web-based marketing solutions.

Additional Details:
* Design, develop, document, and maintain custom website code for
multiple websites in .NET MVC C#.
* Manage contracted developers and QA for website development needs.
* Act as the primary expert on all current and potential integrations and
automations with marketing systems, including capabilities and
limitations of currently implemented MarTech platforms.
* Identify and communicate opportunities for enhancements to existing or
creation of new integrations and automations based on understanding
of business needs.
* Integrate various marketing platforms and tools to ensure data
consistency and operational efficiency.
* Automate marketing processes using marketing automation platforms
to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
* Develop and maintain web-based marketing solutions, including landing
pages, microsites, and other digital assets.
* Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other departments to identify
technology needs and develop solutions.
* Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations.

* Analyze and report on the performance of marketing technology
integrations and marketing process automations to make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

* Strong technical skills in marketing technology platforms and tools.
* Proficiency in data integration, API development, and system architecture.
* Expertise in marketing automation platforms and tools.
* Strong web development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Relevant certifications in marketing technology, web development, or related
areas are a plus.

* 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, systems integration, marketing automation, or web development.

* Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing MarTech
solutions.
