Work type: On Campus Location: Normal, Illinois Title: Lead Conference Assistant - Summer 2025 Job Summary Lead Conference Assistants (LCA) are live-in student positions tasked with assisting the Residence Hall Coordinator team with training, scheduling, and providing overall leadership to the Conference Assistant(CA) team. Lead Conference Assistants will also assist with various Conference Assistant responsibilities such as front desk management, conference check-in and out, building preparation, and emergency response. Additional Information Student employees are eligible to participate in the University's 403(b) Plan. More information can be found here. Pay Rate $15.00/hour Required Qualifications - Attend training in April Preferred Qualifications - Ability to provide excellent customer service experience to all guests Work Hours Monday through Sunday, between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. - as scheduled during building hours.
