To meet our challenges, we are looking for our next PMO HR Integration & Change (M/F) within the HR Business Group, on a permanent contract!

This position will be located primarly in La Madeleine (Lille) and will report to the Head of HR Pharma.

The role & teams

In light of recent acquisitions and ongoing projects, our Pharma Business Group is embarking on a transformative journey. Our dedicated HR team is tasked with developing a comprehensive, unified roadmap to ensure a seamless integration of the acquired companies or currently in the process of being acquired. This strategic roadmap will focus on the alignment of HR policies, processes, tools, and initiatives to support our collective vision.

You will work closely with HR teams and leaders across multiple geographies, playing an essential role in creating a strong foundation for the company's people strategy. You'll be at the heart of a global transformation, where your ability to lead and drive change will be pivotal.

You will bring your experience and talent to:

  • Develop and Execute a Global HR Roadmap: Develop and Execute a Global HR Roadmap: Build a comprehensive, actionable roadmap with clear milestones, deliverables, and assigned responsibilities. This will encompass the deployment of people strategies, processes, and tools, ensuring smooth employee onboarding and integration across all entities.
  • Lead and Drive Projects: Take ownership of key integration and transformation projects within the HR roadmap. This includes planning, coordinating, and managing all project phases - from initiation and design to execution and delivery. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that each project is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive Change Management: Ensure all necessary actions are in place to meet milestones and deliverables on time, while continuously monitoring and adapting strategies as needed.
  • Ensure Communication and Engagement: Develop and implement effective communication plans to ensure all employees are informed about upcoming changes and feel supported throughout the process. Foster employee understanding and encourage their active participation in the change process.
  • Collaborate Across Geographies and Teams: Work closely with HR teams across different regions to ensure smooth implementation of the roadmap and HR actions. Facilitate regular routines with HR teams and managers to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Lead Training and Support Initiatives: Provide mentoring, coaching, and training with experts to HR teams and managers to equip them with the tools and knowledge necessary.

And Also:

  • 8-10 years of experience in HR roles.

  • Proven track record in change management and project management with multiple stakeholders and milestones.

  • Experience as an HR Business Partner, with a good understanding of HR processes, people strategies, and organizational development, will be valuable.

  • Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments with the ability to manage and respect different cultures and work styles.

  • Perfectly fluent in English.

  • Knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS systems is a significant advantage.
