Fresh Thyme Rewards Weekly pay Scheduling flexibility Paid parental leave Team member discount Career growth opportunities This position supports the operational and functional areas of Fresh Thyme Market by providing financial analysis and proactive business partnering to their designated support areas. Establishes, interprets, analyzes and presents complex accounting and financial information, while working under minimum supervision. Position follows hybrid schedule: Monday-Wednesday in Downer's Grove IL or Grand Rapids MI office, Thursday-Friday flexible/remote days. Relocation assistance is not provided. What You'll Be Doing: Creates and evaluates strategic financial models of proposed business solutions (ROI's, BVA's, Proforma's) Provides financial support to the operational and functional business areas they support and serves as their business partner Provides proactive guidance on business performance and appropriate financial solutions Analyzes complex business and financial issues and is able to summarize and communicate them effectively to their respective internal customers. Creates and evaluates performance scorecards of different business activities Creates new processes and leads process improvements on large scale cross functional projects This job profile is not meant to be all inclusive of the responsibilities of this position; may perform other duties as assigned or required. What You Bring With You (Qualifications): Bachelor of Accounting/Finance degree 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial related business experience. Exceptional communication and analytical skills. Willingness to adapt to business needs with data driven solutions support. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Thorough understanding of U.S. GAAP and its application Ability to perform financial modeling Project management skills a plus Fluent in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, and the ability to work effectively in multiple business information systems Cross functional collaboration with business partners At Fresh Thyme, our team members *Thrive. The pay range for this position is listed below. $59,793.00 - $99,853.00 This pay range represents the minimum and maximum base pay for the position, which is determined by factors such as market data, the qualifications required, the level of responsibilities associated with the role and other roles at this same level. Specific pay rates will be within this range and based on your experience, qualifications, and skills compared to the internal team of this role. Compensation for this position also includes incentive bonus opportunities that may vary based on individual and company performance. Specific details will be discussed during the hiring process.
