Molex is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Supply Chain (SC) Finance team in Lisle, IL. Supply Chain Finance is a global team of trusted business partners who enable and accelerate the achievement of strategic objectives, provide thoughtful and timely information to influence decisions, build meaningful and trusted relationships with our customer, and learn and share knowledge continuously. What You Will Do * Lead Indirect spend including approval of i-nexus savings. * Collaborate with Category Managers to improve planning/forecasting process, including YoY bridges. * Track inflation and other market factors that impact spend and savings and communicate to owners. * Create a more integrated link between customer demand, inventory, supply, and procurement. * Improve accuracy and detail of spend data for Logistics including allocations to BUs/Divisions. * Collaborate on monthly savings calls and improvement processes including dashboards, "one-version of the truth" data maintenance, and transparent communication. * Oversee monthly reporting including financial results, commentary, and communication. * Revamp of End-to-end reporting and streamline our FP&A process. * Monthly tracking and forecasting of Key Bets across all Supply Chain categories. * Coordinate with Supply Chain Research & Analytics (R&A) team for analyses. * Lead GOC ad-hoc reporting and streamline KPIs and data across Costing, R&A, and Division Finance. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Bachelor's degree * Experience in finance or a related field * This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship What Will Put You Ahead * Experience in a global manufacturing environment * ERP system experience Pay Range for this role is $80,000-$110,000.
