Overview Amyx is seeking a Correspondence Support Specialist to assist in managing the correspondence process for DOE's MESC Program Offices. The selected candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare, coordinate, and track official communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in managing workflows and documentation. Responsibilities
Collaborate with program offices to create responses for various communications, including letters from: Project sponsors, applicants, industry representatives, interest groups, business associations, State and local governments, Congress, federal agencies, and DOE offices.
