Farm Credit of Southern Colorado (FCSC) is seeking a Loan Officer to join our team. The Loan Officer will be responsible for achieving growth of loan portfolio in assigned territory through professional marketing and visibility, while creating and maintaining existing lending relationships. This position is full time, working approximately 40 hours a week, and is benefits eligible. Occasional travel may be required to sufficiently support other locations within territory. Position Summary: The Loan Officer will be responsible for achieving growth of loan portfolio in assigned territory through professional marketing and visibility, while creating and maintaining existing lending relationships. They will also be able to identify opportunities to create new relationships by leveraging Agricultural producer networks and referrals to build relationships to achieve business results. The chosen candidate must be able to communicate the value of Association products and of doing business with Farm Credit. The Loan Officer processes, analyzes, and services a moderate to high volume of mortgage and commercial loans of various sizes. Works collaboratively with functional teams within the organization. Seniority and accompanying compensation will be dependent upon level of experience and knowledge. This range is a good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of this posting. Actual salaries could vary and may be above or below the range as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2. Variation is based on various factors including but not limited to location, qualifications, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, a potential new employee's salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
