Program Manager- East 8th Street IRTS People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Program Manager to oversee our East 8th Street IRTS program in St. Paul. Our services are designed to help enhance psychiatric stability, personal and emotional adjustment, self-sufficiency, and independent living skills for individuals who often have co-occurring mental health and substance use diagnoses. We are dedicated to helping people set goals toward independence and lifelong wellness and we customize treatment using a person-centered approach. Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, Flexibility with start and end times. Some remote work available. Locations: East 8th Street IRTS : 700 8th Street East in St. Paul, MN 55106 Hiring Range: $80,000 - $85,000 annual salary for licensed mental health professionals, plus $5,000 hiring bonus for external candidates!
