About the Team We are a fast-paced manufacturing facility and distribution center. We employ approximately 110 diverse and talented associates in warehousing, production planning, assembly, finishing and packaging of top-quality lighting fixtures and house parts. Overview of the Operations Manager role As an Operations Manager, you will lead a team of hourly distribution/ warehouse associates, inventory control and the customer service team. You will work closely with the Director to ensure efficient and accurate processing of all retail store, call center and general order inquiries as well as outbound shipments. You will function as the primary contact for all service and distribution correspondence. You will have the opportunity to provide solid leadership, coaching, direction and resources to build a team capable of executing and delivering service and cost for both tactical and strategic initiatives. You will ensure that daily departmental goals are met using a People First philosophy to achieve established objectives in Safety, Service, Quality, and Cost Responsibilities
