  • At least 3-10 years of experience in tax planning or financial analysis, preferably in estate and trust law.
  • Strong interest and experience in the numbers side of estate planning, with a deep understanding of financial projections and tax analysis.
  • Familiarity with tax season work and the ability to manage a high volume of tax filings.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and generate strategic insights for clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and manage workloads.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Client-facing experience is a plus, though not required.
