Salary Range: $170,000-$195,000, based on experience and education We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dual Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team at our Hilton Santa Clara and Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue and maximize profitability for both properties. The Dual DOSM is responsible for the overall operations of sales and marketing. Emphasis is on attaining the hotel's goals of maximum revenue and profit while providing the guests with the highest level of quality service. The Dual DOSM will develops marketing plans, sales quotas and forecasts, and soliciting and service business in the hotels in accordance with the marketing plans and assigned market segments.
