Inside Sales Representative - Roselle, NJ

Assured Automation is a manufacturer's representative of industrial process controls, serving the oil & gas, refining, power, chemical, food & beverage, cement and general industry. We represent quality manufacturers of process controls in the following categories: on-line analyzers, measurement instruments, electrical controls, heat trace/heating systems.

Assured Automation is a subsidiary of FloWorks International, LLC. which is a privately held company located in Houston, Texas.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing customer relationships by identifying customer needs, informing customers about the company's products or services, providing solutions, and recommending new and better products. Handles customer requests and issues via telephone, fax, or email. Coordinates with the outside sales team and other departments to ensure that customers receive the best service possible.

Some of the exciting things you will do in this role...

• Handling inside sales calls, online chat, quoting customers, and entering orders.
• Placing orders with our vendors and expediting deliveries.
• Handling customer returns. Working with our shop and vendors to resolve returns through repair or replacement.
• Performs follow-up to ensure timely shipment of materials and customer satisfaction.

A must...

• High School graduate and experience in sales preferred, but not required.
• Must be computer literate with the ability to use multiple databases, accounting, and Windows based software (Word, Excel).
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be able to handle a fast paced, multi-task environment.
