Description

Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Service Account Representative to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts in all lines of business including service and installation solutions for new and/or existing customers through high activity prospecting current and future customers T&M Customers - convert T&M customers to services plans; use iCare to identify customers with high spend on T&M Work Orders and model options to save with a CSP. Execute renewals - monitor for ending CSPs and resell / renew; leverage QBR process if possible. As a Service Account Representative, you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.

  • New Project CSP Add-ons - work with AE's to know what is inflight and build CSP to add on to project proposal
  • Existing Project Customer - identify install project customer that did not buy CSP upfront
    Expanded CSP Services - use existing CSP relationships to sell in other services; example, sell Fire CSP to existing Security
  • Executes high level prospecting activity with new and existing customer base.
  • Proactively communicates project schedules, project change proposals and related project activities on a regular basis with customer and seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to dig in to understand customers pain points / opportunities
  • Articulates the value Convergint brings and of a recurring service agreement
    Highly motivated, self-managed
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.



What You'll Need




  • Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability to anticipate and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
  • Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
  • Basic financial knowledge and skills-ability to understand basic financials such as accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, work orders, etc.
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years field, dispatch, sales, administrative or equivalent

Preferred Experience: (but not required):



  • 1 year construction industry environment
