This position will be hybrid requiring a few days per week in Washington DC office; WRI Global Office (US). Existing work authorization is required at the time of application submission. WRI is unable to sponsor any visa work sponsorship for this position. To be eligible for this position in US, you must be a resident of DC, Maryland or Virginia at the start of employment. About the Program: World Resources Institute is seeking a Staff Accountant in carrying out the assigned responsibilities of the Accounting department. As part of the WRI Global Operations team, you will contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help WRI to be fully compliant and knowledgeable about our financial condition. Job Highlight: Reporting to the Subsidiary Accounting Manager, you will assist with daily accounting operations including data entry, expense review, timesheets, revenue, reconciliations and other administrative and communication activities as requested. You will be supported by a collaborative team of 15 staff in the Accounting Department. What will you do: Daily Accounting Tasks (40%):

Potential Salary: Salary range is between 69,000 and 78,000 USD. Salary is commensurate with experience and other compensable factors. WRI offers a competitive renumeration and benefits package.
