Job Summary: The System Administrator is mainly responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing all endpoint devices within the organization's network. This role ensures the smooth operation of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other endpoint hardware and software. The System Administrator will collaborate with IT teams to implement policies, manage updates, and troubleshoot issues, ensuring optimal performance and security of all endpoint systems. Working directly with end users, software support and vendors assist with training and implementation as needed. This position requires knowledge of desktop operating systems, Microsoft 365 (all included applications), Apple (iOS) & Android OS, Active Directory, Intune, Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory), SCCM, Ticking Systems (ServiceNow preferred), and TeamViewer. A good understanding of networking principles is required. This role primarily focuses on endpoint management, with secondary duties involving the broader Microsoft technical stack. Additional tasks will include working in various areas of this technology. Overall, flexibility in handling various aspects of the Microsoft technical stack is required. Candidates will need to be a highly motivated, self-starter, demonstrate initiative, strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a team, while also assuming individual responsibility for his or her work.
