We are currently looking for Manufacturing Engineering Interns for the summer of 2025 in Racine, WI. Responsibilities: Work with members of the Operations team to develop, maintain, or improve standardized processes within the manufacturing facility Document tooling, fixturing, gaging, lifting devices, and other equipment Learning/writing coded programs for multi-axis CNC machines Designing/prototyping assembly/manufacturing support fixtures and tools Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives that support continuous process improvement. Requirements & Qualifications: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred) from an accredited university. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely Self-motivated and willing to learn Experience working as part of a team and independently in an autonomous work environment Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Thorough, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with MS Suite Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship The intern who will be considered for selection shall possess the following behaviors: Accountability Interpersonal Skills Quality Focused Attention to Detail High Ethical Standards Self-Motivated Sense of Urgency Result Oriented
