Chatham, IL United Community Bank is in search of a CFO. In summary this position is responsible for providing leadership, direction and management in the development, operation and delivery of services for the Accounting Department. Responsible for adhering to all generally accepted accounting principles, regulatory laws and regulations to adequately and accurately reflect the financial position of the Bank and its holding company. Will oversee the areas of accounts payable/receivable and general ledger accounting functions in accordance with the Bank's financial policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations or Required Training: MBA or CPA Uniform/Dress: Employee must follow personal appearance policy Work Hours: Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled, on time and prepared to start work. Employees are expected to remain at work for their entire daily schedule. Late arrival, early departure or other absences should be avoided. Scheduled shifts are typically 8 hours. A 1-hour lunch will be provided if all applicable conditions are met. Education, Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office products, electronic mail, internet software as well as other various software programs used in the course of day-to-day business. Individual should also be able to effectively and efficiently enter data into various software programs utilized in the course of day-to-day business activities. Equipment: This position generally uses office equipment throughout the course of conducting day-to-day business such as but not limited to computer, keyboard, mouse, scanner, phone, calculator, fax machine and copy machine. The position frequently requires reading, speaking and hearing in the English language both in person and over the phone. The position requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling and/or moving up to 50 pounds. The position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
