The Role: Assists guests in checking in and out of the hotel, providing courteous, friendly service in a timely manner. Assists with oversight of the front desk and reservation team. Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities: Assists with overseeing the front desk and PBX/reservations operations. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum one year experience required. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s). Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Good money management skills required. Computer Skills: Must be able to use Microsoft Office products, adding machine and credit card machine. Experience with LMS preferred. Reasoning Ability: Planning, Remembering Details, using arithmetic, Reading, directing others, making decisions, working rapidly and at various tempos, concentrating amid distractions, remembering names and faces, Examining and observing details.
