Digital Marketing Assistant

Minimum Requirements

* Education: Bachelor's degree

* Experience/Qualifications: 1+ years experience directly related to marketing or communications. Individual must be goal-oriented, self-managed, with exceptional creative abilities, outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, strong verbal, written and computer skills, and the ability to deal effectively with employees, co-workers, vendors and consultants. Will have high energy, a positive, up-beat, can-do personality, and experience in working within a team environment. Strong understanding of marketing functions, procedures and standards. Ability to interface well with all levels of the organization internally as well as externally with partner agencies and customers.

* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Experience:

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration.

* Experience/Qualifications: 3+ years experience directly related to marketing or communications.

* Technical Skills: Experience with design and illustration software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Indesign. Familiarity with Web Content Manage System. Familiarity with mass e-mail distribution system. Familiarity with CRM system. Familiarity with industry databases and leads services (IIR, Dodge, BidClerk).
