The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Summary The Associate Director works as part of the Career Design Lab team in advising and educating students regarding career goals, strategies and individual professional development. The Associate Director conducts individual advising sessions, small group workshops and presentations. The Associate Director will work closely with the Director of Career Design Lab in marketing, facilitating and evaluating career development programming including workshops, panels, speakers and networking opportunities as well as help in managing the web-based career management system, website and online programming as well as general employer relations. This role will ensure that students have the opportunity to explore career options and develop career decision-making skills. The position will lead and oversee efforts to design, deliver and evaluate services, programs that support the acquisition of professional development skills and knowledge, as well as self-assessment and understanding for programs.
